Helmes Innovations, LLC does not release any of your contact or billing information. E-Mailed information, questions and concerns, feedback, etc. are confidential. Exceptions can only be made with the E-Mailer's approval. Secure transactions are performed by PayPal. Any information entered through PayPal is under their terms of service agreement and privacy policy.

Helmes Innovations Rights.
Helmes Innovations has the right to update it's products and their prices at any time. Updates to shareware can occur at anytime. We are not a subscription service. Therefore, new version updates will not be included with your purchase unless you purchase that version. We will provide new updates to customers if their past version was updated due to bug fixes, installer issues, etc. If you wish to add a link to any of our webpages, please notify us. Helmes Innovations, LLC and any affiliate parties are not responsible for any customers actions when using our products.

Payment.
Payments are received by us in several ways. Instant payments via credit or debit cards are the fastest methods of payment. Other forms of payment through PayPal include eChecks, which take about 4 business days to clear. Helmes Innovations, LLC will not send a product out without a payment received. Therefore, we will send the customer the product via E-mail once the payment is received or the check has cleared.

Promotions.
Any promotional offer, campaign, item, or product is under the sole control of Helmes Innovations, LLC. We reserve the right to accept or deny promotional sales and services at our discretion. When referring a buyer to our site, the buyer must enter the referer in the designated field when purchasing the product. This is the only method of referring that we currently accept for promotions.

Customer Responsibility.
It is the customer's responsibility to install the program/shareware. Instructions are provided online and you may E-mail us for support. Helmes Innovations, LLC does not provide returns on any products/shareware. This is due to the nature of shareware and the instant download link included in your download E-mail. A refund will only be honored at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of digital products and distribution there is no way for a customer to return a digital product to us and there is no way for us to know if it has been deleted or copied by the customer. If you for some reason have not received an E-mail with the link to your purchased shareware, please notify us via E-mail and we will reissue the link via E-mail.
